    Hahahaha.. no because Tian Long know wushu, is that, such a sword represent authorities and ranking.

    Wen Chang Di Jun, a Lord aka Duke being appointed to take charge of academic study and issues associated with study, he will need certain recognisation, and so, a sword and seal will clearly announced his position and authorities.
