Ginger to Cease Throat Discomfort (一片薑,喉生涼)
Description:
Ginger (薑), a Natural Positive & Wonderful Root Plant that being Bestowed to All Mortals by Heaven. By using Ginger in Good & Correct methods, Ginger will give out it's Extreme Positive Assistances to Mortals to cease All Discomforts.
In here, Jave Wu will like to share with All on how to use Ginger to Cease Sore-Throat (喉嚨發炎), Mouth Ulcers (口腔潰瘍), Bad-breath (口臭) & Preventing Tooth-decay (防止蛀牙).
Ingredients:
1) A piece of Raw Ginger of about 5cm - remove the Skin (生薑一片去皮)
2) A cup of Hot Boiling Water (一杯熱開水)
3) 1/4 Tea-spoon of Consuming-salt (四分之一茶匙食鹽)
Directions:
Once All the Items are prepared, just perform according to the following steps to Cease the Discomfort of the Throat.
For Sore-Throat & Bad-breath:
Use the Cup of Boiling-water, add in the Raw Ginger, 1/4 Tea-spoon of Salt and allow the Ginger's substance to dissolve into the Water. Leave the Cup of Water to cool down till about 50-60 degree C. Once the Water has Cool down, drink it while it's still Warm.
Try to drink 2 Cups a Day, the Sore-Throat will be Ease-off and for those who got Bad-breath, the Ginger Taste will actually assist in getting-rid of it and provide oneself with a Pleasant-Breath.
For Ulcers & to Prevent Tooth-decay:
Slice the 5cm Raw Ginger into Tiny-pieces. Once it's being Slice, just place 2 Pieces of Ginger-slices in the Mouth (each side 1 piece). Leave the Ginger-slices in the mouth for 5-10 minutes (just treat it as eating Sweets).
Do it Twice or Thrice a Day, the Ulcers will be Ease-off and Bacterias that cause Tooth-decay will be Keep-off.
