Its again the arrival of the important Day for ALL Taoists to honour our Founder of Taoism – Heavenly Master Zhang Dao Ling (正一張祖天師).
On the 18th Day of Lunar 5 Month (農曆五月十八日), it is considered as another Manifestation Anniversary for Heavenly Master Zhang (some contexts dated as 15th Day of Lunar 1 Month 又記載農曆正月十五日).
This Year, 2012, it falls on 06 July, a Friday.
On this Day, as usual, the Taoists will visit Temples that dedicate Altars to Heavenly Master Zhang to pay their respect, besides that, in other Countries in Asia, Grand & Official Ceremonies/Rituals will be conducted dedicating to Heavenly Master for the Credits of Founding Taoism and the Promoting of the Upright Teaching of Zheng Yi Sect (正一天師道).

Today, the 26th Day of Lunar 1 Month (農曆正月廿六日), is known as the Day for Heavenly Marshal Zhao Gong Ming (趙公明大天君) aka Deity of Military Wealth, Opening of the Three Realms Spiritual Wealth Coffer for All the Beings in the Mortal Realm & also the Anniversary Day of Heavenly Master Zhang Dao Ling (張祖道陵天師) distributing of the collected Rice to the Needy in Han Dynasty after he had collected the Five Bushes of Rice (五斗米) from those who came to seek assistance from him.
Immediately after work, Jave rushed back home to get the Offerings prepared and thanks to Jave’s Mum assistance, the Offerings were being prepared before 8.00Pm.
Upon completing the preparation, it was time for Jave to conduct the Honouring, first by making a Report to the Celestial Realm and then followed by the Ushering in of Heavenly Master Zhang Dao Ling & Heavenly Marshal Zhao Gong Ming.
With that, Jave expressed the Gratitude to Heavenly Master for his Compassionate & Passion in the Promoting of the Culture of Taoism and also, the “Distribution” of the Charity Rice.
Just before the Paper Offerings were being retrieved for Sending-off, the Invitation of Heavenly Marshal Zhao Gong Ming was conducted in-order for the Enhancing of the Gems & Wealth to take place.

After so many years of researching and study under Heavenly Master Zhang, only until this year, after visiting China Si Han Tian Shi Fu (中國嗣漢天師府), Jave got to know that 26th Day of Lunar 1st Month was the Anniversary that distributed the Charity Rice to the needy after his very first collection of the Five Bushes of Rice during Han Dynasty in Mt He Ming (鶴鳴山).
Besides that, Jave was also taught to understand the hidden meaning of the Five Bushes of Rice – not just the Weight but also the Calculation and the Spiritual Connection with the Star Lords (星君論) in Zheng Yi Sect (正一天師道).
So how oneself can do the Honouring?
Oneself can do the Honouring by doing Chanting on the Bei Dou Scripture (太上北斗經) or San Guan Scripture (三官經), if possible, Chant the whole series of the Dipper Star Lords Scriptures (太上五斗經), in front of your Main Altar or facing the Heaven with just 3 Incenses and 3 cups of Chinese Tea.
Oneself need not prepare any massive Offerings for this Event, cos the Objective of this Event is for Oneself to cultivate Compassionate and Care for the Beings in the Three Realms.
So from this year onwards, do remember to mark this Date in your Taoist Calendar.
May Heavenly Master Zhang Dao Ling bestow the necessary upon you and your family.

In here, you all will be seeing a series of Photos taken from China Gu Gong (中國故宮 The National Museum of China) on the Collection of Song Dynasty (宋朝) Mirror Tablet of Heavenly Master Subduing the Demon (張天師降魔方鏡).
According to the introduction and researches done on this Mirror, it explained that this Mirror was made at that Era for Rich People to place it in the Main Hall to eliminate or block Negative Energies/Entities from entering the House.
Besides that, this Mirror was also to provide Blessing & Shielding for young children or new born babies from being disturbed by the wandering souls/spirits.
In the Mirror, you will see a fierce Priest holding on to a Sword and Bell chasing after a Demonic-looking creature.
This is indeed another piece of Treasure for Taoism.

Zhang Tian Shi aka Heavenly Master Zhang, the founder of Taoism Zheng Yi Sect and also the Religious Practice in Taoist Culture.
This 2nd Praise Mantra is also a MUST Mantra for all Taoists to know, recite and mastering.
During Taoist Grand or Official Rituals/Ceremonies, this is one of the many Mantras that needed to be recited by the Leading Priests.
In the picture below is the Imperial Edict that Song Dynasty aka Song Zhen Zong (宋真宗) issued to bestowed on the 24th Generation Heavenly Zhang Tian Shi, full name known as Zhang Zheng Sui aka Zhen Jing Xian Sheng on AD 1015 (龍虎山天師道。第廿四代天師。張正隨。賜號真靜先生。).
After receiving this Imperial Edict, Heavenly Master Zhang Zheng Sui officially take over the Leadership of Mt Long Hu Tian Shi Fu.
Today, this Imperial Edict is being nicely kept in one of the Museum in China.
Due to this Imperial Edict is made from Top-quality Silk Cloth, this is why, this Edict is about to keep for about 1000 years without any much damage.
The little damages are due to the Culture-Revolution in the Early 1900s.
Now, China is trying to retrieve back all the lost and damage Items from the Ancient Era. In this Museum, a lot of Stuffs that being bestowed to the various Heavenly Master Zhang are being display for the others to see.
Heavenly Blessed, most of the Items that are being bestowed upon our Heavenly Masters are still able to be found and retrieved back.
