Singapore Du Cheng Huang Promotion Ceremony 2013 (石叻坡二品威靈公都府城隍榮昇慶典)

每年﹐不管有多忙﹐在巧月廿三日傍晚﹐都會抽空前往新加坡都城隍廟參加一年一度的"南洋石叻坡二品威靈公都府城隍榮昇慶典暨開印儀式"﹐因為這個唯獨新加坡僅有的慶典﹐可說是全東南亞第一﹐別處絕對看不到。

今年﹐小道再與三位愛徒前往觀禮﹐順道向都城隍公請示請回"分靈寶印"﹐好為往後日子傳道濟度之用。

很感謝該廟方鼎力支持﹐在此小道僅代表本門全體弟子向都城隍廟獻上萬分謝意。

Du Cheng Huang Temple 7th Month Celebration 2013 (新加坡都城隍廟農曆七月慶典)

Dear All,

Du Cheng Huang Temple (新加坡都城隍廟), located at Tanjong Pagar, will be conducting their Annual 7th Month Celebration from 28 Aug till 30 Aug (農曆七月廿二至廿四日).

On 29 Aug (Thursday 農曆七月廿三日), Offering to the Souls Ritual will be conducted and at 9.00Pm, Lord Cheng Huang will Open its Authority Seal and an Enhanced Cloth Amulet will be distributed to the Devotees (都城隍開啟敕封聖印).

Long Hu Shan - Hall of Subduing of Demons (龍虎山大上清宮伏魔殿)

這是小道年前前往正一祖庭時﹐在大上清宮伏魔殿拍下的幾張照片。

In here, are a few pictures taken years back when we visited China Jiang Xi Mt Long Hu.

In this album, you all will be seeing the Hall of Subduing of Demons (伏魔殿). According to records, this Hall was used by Heavenly Master Zhang Dao Li...ng (張祖天師) to imprison the 108 Demons that he had subdued while he was promoting Taoism back then in Han Dynasty.

As you all can see, there are 2 big Talismans pasted on the entrance, these Talismans were believed to be the 1st layer of Guarding to prevent the Demons from escaping.

As we entered into the Hall, we saw a big well being surrounded by the Wooden-barrier. And as we peek into the Wooden-barrier, we saw that the Well was being sealed up and on top of the Sealed-cover, a Talismans was found.

This was believed to be the 2nd layer of protection. One thing strange is that, the surrounding of the Well seems to be wet, even though there aren't any rain or water-spill.

Long Shan Men honouring Lord Tian Guan at Taoist Mission 2013 (正一龍山門假新加坡道教協會 - 上元請香敬天官)

On Shang Yuan Day (癸巳年上元日), Long Shan Men had visited Singapore Taoist Mission Yu Huang Gong (新加坡道教協會玉皇宮), located at Telok Ayer Street, to pay our respect to Lord Tian Guan (天官大帝).

Upon arrival, members of Taoist Mission, were busy with the setting up for the Ritual that taking place in the Noon, so as not to jeopardise with their event, Vabien, Royce & Jave conducted our Honouring with the minimal assistance of the members.

With a simple report to Supreme Lord San Qing (三清道祖), Heavenly Jade Emperor (玉皇大天尊), we started our honouring dedicated to Lord San Guan (三官大帝) & Lord Tian Guan.

Upon completion, we proceed with the Sending off of the San Guan Shou Shu (三官手書), which is an important procedure to be taken on the individual Yuan.

Singapore Taoist Mission Yu Huang Gong usher in the Deities of Wealth 2013 (癸巳年新加坡道教協會玉皇宮迎接財神儀式)

Singapore Taoist Mission & Yu Huang Gong, located at Telok Ayer Street, had conducted an Official Taoist Ritual on the 5th Day Morning of Lunar 1st Month to usher in the Deities of Wealth.
