Korea Deities Scrolls (韓國神明畫軸)





In here, you all are seeing a series of Deities Scrolls from Korea.

See how nicely these Scrolls are painted and from these Scrolls, you are able to know how deeply/strongly that the Korea Religion is being influenced by Taoism, Buddhism, Tibetan Buddhism, etc.

  1. Nice :) I can see Xuan Tian, Wang Ling guan, Nan-Bei Dou, Zhong Kui, Si Da Yuan Shuai among these pictures. The way these Deities are posed are hauntingly similarly to "Chao Yuan Tu" - especially number 4.
