此是洪武君(朱元璋)登基之際(洪武元年即公元1368年)﹐四十二代張正常天師進朝祝賀時﹐明太祖賜封張正常天師為"護國闡祖通誠崇道弘德大真人"並命祂"永掌天下道教事"的聖旨。與此聖旨﹐還有二品官印一枚。
In here, you all will be seeing an Official Ming Dynasty Imperial Edict, that being bestowed to 42nd Heavenly Master Zhang Zheng Chang for his New Official 2nd Grade Title and also, to order him to be the Overall In-charge of Taoism in China (till today).
With this Edict, there is also an Official Seal, to indicate that All Heavenly Masters from then onwards, are the Official-appointed Overall In-charge of Taoism.
