拱群魔王皆束首，
跪伏聽命。
銀戟舞動，
張狂妖孽難逃竄，
仰望饒命。
正三眼，
能區善惡，
定好壞福祸，
因而封授本命太歲都統。
十三骷，
算計壽齡，
定生死長短，
後有加追青華至德威神。
