Traditional Cooling Flower Tea (金銀菊花降暑茶)
Description:
In here, I will like to introduce to ALL of you a Cooling Tea Recipe. Due to now the Weather is Changing and certain Unknown Diseases had returned to do Nasty-infection on Mortals again, oneself shall tried own's Best to take care and better still, to stay Healthy and this Cooling Tea will assist oneself in getting rid of Excess-heat that being Trapped in the Physical Body. After consuming this Cooling Tea, oneself will tend to release more Urine out, this is a Good-sign of Detoxing.
This Cooling Tea Recipe does not involved in Chinese Herbs Mixture, so do not worry of getting Over-dose.
Ingredients:
1) Jin Yin Hua (金銀花) aka Lonicera Japonica - 20 Grams
2) Ju Hua Gan (菊花干) aka Dried Chrysanthemun - 10 Grams
3) Water (開水) - 1.5/2.0 Litre
Directions:
After getting these 2 Types of Dried Flowers back from the Chinese Herbal Shop, oneself just needed to Brew a Pot/Kettle of Hot Water, after the Water Boiled, turn the Fire to Lower-rate (慢火), add in the Flowers (DO NOT WASH the Flowers before Boiling) and allowed it to Boil for 5-10 Minutes. Once the Flower Fragrance emitted out, meaning that the Tea is ready.
After that, just Scoop-out the Tea, leaving the Flowers in the Pot/Kettle.
Add a Tea-spoon of Honey (蜂蜜) or Sugar-syrup (糖漿) before Drinking. For those who prefer Pure Flower Tea, then oneself can go without the Adding of Sweetner.
Drink Twice a Day, the Effect will be Great.
PS: This Cooling Tea will also help those who are Suffering with Serious-pimpers-growing (面疮紅肿), Constipation (便秘), Breathing Disorder (呼吸道感染) & Urination-infection (泌尿系感染).

ReplyDeleteJin Yin Hua & Ju Hua usually will taste slightly sweet due to the Flower-pollen. So this is the type of Tea that suits all ages.
ReplyDeleteIf next time you all brew alot of such Tea, can try to share with others... I'm sure the people will benefit from drinking it.
