Preventing High Blood Pressure with Ginger (薑鎮高血壓)

Description:

For Middle-age Guys, usually they will be "haunted" by the Risks of getting High Blood Pressure. And due to under High-percentage of Stress, Guys will tend to be affected by High Blood Pressure (高血壓) too.

In here, Jave will like to share with you ALL on using Ginger to reduce the Risks of being "Haunted" by High Blood Pressure.

Ingredients:

1) 5 pieces of Raw Old Ginger of about 5cm (老生薑五片去皮)
2) 1 Basin of Warm-water of about 60 degree C (一盆溫水)

Directions:

After getting ALL the items, removed the Skin of the Ginger and cut it into slices.

Add in the sliced Ginger into the Basin of Warm-water.

Allow the Elements of the Ginger to dissolve into the Warm-water. After 3mins, place both Feets into the Basin of Ginger Warm-water and soak for at least 10-15mins (寒氣傷肝). Please take note the Water must cover up till the Ankles of both Feets.

After the soaking, dry the Feets and then proceed to rest. Try not to let the Feets contact with any form of Water, if not, the Cold Element will Slip into the Feets causing more issues to the Liver.

Remember to use this Method to soak the Feets for every Night or at least 30 times or for Long term. It does help.

This Method is also suitable for those who are Suffering from High Blood Pressure.

  6. True... hope that more people can try and see the benefit of it..

Besides sleeping in Air-con Rooms, no consuming of Cold Drinks, Soft Drinks and eating of Watermelon.

All these will affect the result.

  7. I don't sleep with air-conditioning. :-) No need.

It is not that hot most of the year. If it is than the fengshui of your room is not good.

Another problem also is the design of flats and condos in Singapore. Not in tune with the climate of Singapore.

It is possible to design homes which remain cool while outside is hot.
