Soothing Indigestion (消化不良有薑棗)


Description:

Indigestion (消化不良) can considered as a Modern form of Sickness for Busy-working Adults.

Whenever oneself is being affected by Indigestion, usually the Mood & Working-attitude will be affected too.

In here, Jave Wu will like to share with All of you a Quick & Easy Method to Ease-off Indigestion. Not dangerous & can considered as Quite Healthy too.


Ingredients:

1) 1 piece of Raw Ginger of about 5cm (生薑一片去皮)
2) 3 Dried Red-dates (三顆紅棗切片)
3) 2 Cups of Water (兩杯開水)


Directions:

Once all the items are prepared, Pour the 2 Cups of Water into a Boiling Container, allow the Water to get Boil and then Add in the Raw Ginger (remove Skin) and Red-dates (washed & sliced).

After adding in the Ginger & Red-dates, allow the Water to Boil again. Once the Water Boil, Off the Fire and allow it to Cool-down till about 70 degree C.

After the Cooling, the Ginger & Red-date Water is ready to consuming.

For better effect, this Drink must be Consume 2-3 times a Day.

PS: Usage of Red-dates - assist in Good Blood Circulation (促進血液循環). By combining Red-dates & Ginger, the Digestion System in the Stomach will tend to fasten the Speed and allow the Un-digested stuffs to be Digested in No Time.
