Dear All,
During the last week of Year 2008, a few of us are out in the Field to do some Temple-visiting, Spiritual-Training and also Info-collecting.
These few days, really being very busy, tired but very Fruitful, cos we are able to meet up with lots of People and also, learn a lot of new stuffs by chit-chatting with the others (Taoists and Non-Taoists).
In here, I will do a quick compilation of the Temples that we have visited in the past 7 Days:
Pu Tuo Temple (普陀寺)
Du Cheng Huang Temple (都城隍廟)
Xian Zu Gong (仙祖宮)
Tian Fu Gong (天福宮)
Yue Hai Qing Temple (粵海清廟)
Bao Chi Gong (保赤宮)
An Ji Sheng Wang Temple (安濟聖王廟)
Wu Tai Shan Temple (五台山)
Zhun Ti Yuan (準提院)
Yu Huang Dian (玉皇殿)
Gui Yu Da Bo Gong Temple (龜嶼大伯公廟)
Guang Fu Gong (廣福宮)
Jin Lan Temple (金蘭廟)
Kai Shan Temple (開山廟)
Zhen Ren Gong (真人宮)
Lei Yin Temple (雷音寺)
Tai Yang Gong (太陽宮)
Zheng Long Gong (正龍宮)
Chong Xing Gu Miao (重興古廟)
Joochiat Guan Yin Temple (如切觀音堂)
This is the 1st time that in a go visiting 20 Temples in a Week.
For the next few Days, our visiting will still continue, hope that by the end of Year 2008, we can visit at least 40 Temples to gather information, meet up with the Temple Members and last, requesting Blessing for our Country for the next coming New Year.

ReplyDeleteTo be more accurate, shall be address as Fo Mu and not Guan Yin.
ReplyDeleteZhun Ti is not Guan Yin, she is the "Mother of All Enlighted Buddha" (萬佛之母).
Same tasks and level as Dou Mu (萬星之母).

ReplyDeleteIn Taoism, Stars or Planets are somehow being associated with Dou Mu, cos without her, there wont be any form Big Bang and the Stars wont be formed, etc.
