15th Day of Lunar 11 Month (農曆十一月十五日) is considered as the Manifestation Anniversary of Heavenly Marshal Meng Shan (孟山天君).

This is a Rarely Known Deity to the Chinese, but in Taoism, he does hold an Important Task.
