Due to the Brought-over of the Transition Period of Lunar 4th Month, on this coming Thursday & Friday, the Spiritual Transition Period will be here again.
This Period wil be from 21 Jul till 22 Jul 2011.
For those who tend to be Spiritually Weak, please do be careful, in the following are a few things that Oneself or the Family Members needed to take note:
1 – Elderly above Lunar Age 70, try not to shower after 9.00Pm. If showering is needed, please add in some Thai Lemon or Lime
2 – Children/Babies/Infants under Lunar 5 Years Old, tried not to leave home after Sunset
3 – Children under Lunar 12 Years Old with Weak Physical Health or on Medication-term, please do not leave home after 5.00Pm
4 – Those whom are on Mourning status, please do not Offer Incenses to Earth Deity outside One’s Home after Sunset
5 – Working Adult tried not to step into Nether World Deities Premises for these few Days.
On 23 Jul, it will be an Auspicious Day to light Lamps for Individual Blessing (or Family Blessing), timing from 9.00Am till 3.00Pm.
This Practise of Lighting of Lamps was being recorded in San Yuan Bao Chan aka The Honouring Ritual of San Guan (三元寶懺).
During this Period, 3 Lamps (三盞燈) or 30 Lamps (三十盞燈) shall be Lighted to gain the Blessing from San Guan and this Lighting must last for at least a 24 Hour or 3 Days, besides that, the Burning of the Incenses shall not End until the Lamps are being blown-off.
The Lighting of Lamps must be DONE in Big Temples, best with the present of Jade Emperor of Heaven (玉皇大天尊), Dou Mu Yuan Jun (斗姆元君) or San Guan Da Di (三官大帝).
Hi Master, any suggestions for places where we can light the lamps for 24hours or 3 days? because I think most temples in Singapore will clear the lamps people place on the altar at the end of the day. Thanks.
