2nd Day of Lunar 2 Month (農曆二月初二日) is considered as the Manifestation Anniversary of Fu De Zheng Shen aka Deity of Earth (福德正神大伯公壽辰) and also the Tou Ya Day (頭牙).
For Year 2013, it falls on 13 March, a Wednesday.
In Singapore, there are a few OLD Temples that Oneself can visit to honour Fu De Zheng Shen on this Special Day. These Temples are as followed:

5 – Tuas Pek Kong Temple (大士伯公宮) located at 118 Boon Lay Drive
6 – Jin Fu Gong Temple (金福宮) located at 20 Jurong West Street 92
7 – Jin Fu Gong Temple (金福宮) located at Woodlands Ave 9, Industrial Park E8
