這就是【道教青玄黃籙科】中的【道教煉度法】暨【道教施食科】中，所常用到、配合到的「幾種」【罡步法】。
【道教青玄黃籙科】，其【罡步】就有「上佰餘種」，如今使用到的，可說「屈指可數」了！
