Yesterday, 08 Sep 2009, after paying our Respect to the Deities in the Combined Temple located at Bukit Batok Street 23, Vabien & I proceed our way to the Combined Temple located at Bukit Batok Street 21.
Upon reaching the Temple, we went into Long Feng Temple (龍鳳廟) to pay our Respect to Immortal Wu aka Bao Sheng Da Di (吳真人保生大帝) and Yunnan Da Bo Gong (云南大伯公).
Once our Honouring completed, we went around the Temple to take some Photos on some of the New Statues.
Soon after that, we went over to Wu Lei Gong Temple (五雷公宮) and pay our respect.
When we entered into the Rear Hall, Vabien was susprised by the Honouring of the Qi Xian Nv aka The Seven Maidens (七仙女), so he took 2 pictures on the Statues and reminded me to post them up for the Public to view them.
After then, we proceed to the Tai Yang Gong Temple (太陽公宮) to pay our respect to the Lord of the Sun (太陽星君) and after the honouring, we headed for our Late Lunch.

Noticed the ji gong holding that tea pot is so latest...should be a new replacement
Yup, indeed is quite a new invention.
ReplyDeleteu miss the vegetarian hor yar in ngor lei gong. super fierce. scare the hell out of me when i was a kid to crawl under the table and past the hor yar.
ReplyDeleteHahaha, Yup indeed is fierce. The Vegetarian Hor Ya had a purpose in this Temple. To get rid of Back-stabbers & also Black Hearted Mortals.
ReplyDeleteooo icic..

ReplyDeleteTo be more accurate, shall be 3 different Deities.
ReplyDeleteHuang Shi Gong
Huang Di aka Yellow Emperor
Lao Zi aka Tai Shang Lao Jun
ling yun dian?
ReplyDeleteMaybe these Temples are connected, but from what I know, Ling Yun Dian does not allow other People to have the Right to honour these 2 Deities without their permission.
ReplyDeletearrr icic =)
ReplyDeleteJave, i though ling yun dian does not open to devotees daily? I heard their consulation has ceased too.
ReplyDeleteYes, after the Medium pass-on, there are no more Consultation. For the moment, they are close.
