The Miracle Talisman of Eliminating Sufferings of Ma Zu (天妃救苦靈驗符)

In here, you all will be seeing an Official Taoist Talisman (正統道教媽祖符) that is associated/dedicated to Empress of the Sea - Ma Zu (天上聖母媽祖).

In Taoism, this Talisman is known as Tian Fei Jiu Ku Ling Yan Fu (天妃救苦靈驗符) - literally tra...nslated as The Miracle Talisman of Eliminating Sufferings of Ma Zu.

This Talisman is being recorded together with the Taoist Scripture of Ma Zu and being compiled in Taoist Canon (正統道藏) since Yuan Dynasty (元朝).

Besides having this Talisman, there is also an Incantation that goes along with it;

輔斗真人。感應化生。
Fu Dou Zhen Ren. Gan Ying Hua Sheng.

一符一水。救濟萬民。
Yi Fu Yi Shui. Jiu Ji Wan Min

除災去障。永保安寧。
Chu Zai Qu Zhang. Yong Bao An Ning
