  3. Hahahaha.. this is the best description of Yue Fei and his assistants.

And because of this incident, later part, when people are being accused innocently, the folks will used 莫须有 (Mo Xu You) to describe the case.

  4. is not easy being 岳飛... can imagine how hard he have to balance things in his mind and the reality...

me learn a lot from 岳飛 and also 天公, buddha, amitabha buddha, tai shang lao jun, 八仙, ji gong, lian hua, ne zha, 包公, 观音, 华光, 关公, 上帝公 and 大圣, dua ya pek and yi ya pek and other deities' stories... hopefully more good stories of deities can be made into dramas and movies to educate people... but of course in the right timing... and right stories...

balancing things in life is not that simple...

hope the younger generations treasure hard what they learn from life and not just 1-sided but from many aspects of life... and not come to hasty decisions... but after proper and right thoughts... with balancing in mind...

    amitabha...

  5. "Due to his loyalty, upright and braveness, he was being respected as a deity". It seems that the deities that we use to worship were just humans, extraordinary abilities humans. Since they are normal humans and no longer in this world, worship them is just merely a form of respect. They can't bestow any blessings or protection to us, right? It is just like the ancestor worship.
We use to say, "zhai tian zi ling" but if the deceased were just humans without any spiritual cultivation, how can they bestow blessings? Instead they need us to transfer the merits to them by chanting sutra or mantras. Any comment, sifu?

  6. Yup, this is why, in Taoism, we Taoists needed to differentiate who are the Official Deities and who are just Ancestors Honouring, we cant mix them together, if not, more issues will arise.

Just like Yue Fei, Guan Gong, Lv Dong Bin, etc.. ALL these are just Ancestor Honouring.
