In Taoism, Before & After an Official Ritual/Ceremony is being conducted, Sending Off of Spiritual Petitions is needed. This is to keep the Deities informed on What & Why the Ritual/Ceremony is being conducted.
Names of People who are involved in the Ritual/Ceremony will also be included in the Petitions.
