When you feel troubled and hope that there would be some celestial being out there to listen and help you, this is the good temple you can go to.
Situated just about 4 - 5 bus stops away from VIVOCITY, this pink coloured chinese temple is just the right temple you can visit.
They have this Thousand Hand Guan Yin seated at the LEFT Hall.
At present, our Thousand Hand Guanyin Bodhisattva (also known as Zhun Ti ), has been arranged for
gold-painting.
If you are feeling vexed and needs a good temple to seek deity's help, this Blk 45 (Telok Blangh) temple is just the temple you can visit.

This temple is a wonder nice place to sit down and mediate . Is also a nice temple indeed..My fav is the side guanyin also known as Nan Hai Guanyin . You guys should go

Yes, its ok. For us, usually we will avoid placing Incenses into the Urn of the Nether World Section, we just make sincere Bow will do.

Usually the Deities in-charge will changed accordingly, unless you are taking about your own Spiritual Protectors, but this only applies to those who have gone thru the Spiritual Registration as an Official Taoist for learning Spiritual Skills.

Of cos Jade Emperor can be look upon for Blessing.
ReplyDeleteUsually Jade Emperor in most of the Temples does not have statue, the temples will usually dedicate a Big Urn that being place at the main entrance. If you are honouring Jade Emperor, you can just place your Incenses in that Urn after you have made your request.
For Temples that are close during your visiting, of cos you can honour him outside. Just sincerely make 3 bows will do, need not stand there for too long. If you are sincere, your action will be known by the Heaven.

You can go to Havelock Road Yu Huang Temple or Telok Blangah Height Tee Kong Temple, address are being stated on top.
ReplyDeleteLight incenses and report to Yu Huang on your request and then throw the Divination Block.
If you are not sure, you can ask the Temple keepers, they will assist you on the spot.
