In here, you all will be watching a Series of 3 Video Clips on the Taoist Ritual of Sending of Spiritual Petitions to the Various Celestial Departments before an Official Taoist Celebration starts.
In the Video, you will see the Leading Taoist Priest leading a few other Priests in performing the Reporting.
After the Reporting, several Petitions will be sent by summoning the Collection/Reporting Officers down into the Mortal Realm.
During this Reporting Ritual, the purpose of the Celebration, who are involved in the Celebration, when & where the Celebration will be held will be reported to the Heavenly Realms.
