  1. Shifu, nice altar, nice statues and nice ceremony!
A question: when do you have to wear your daoist robe? I see you wore a polo-shirt and the changed to daoist robe :-)
It would be nice, if you also write the deity name on the photo/comment when you dotted every statue? just to identify.
By the way, do you take also some photos of dotting ceremony of my Wen Chang Di Jun and put the photos here? ;-)

    Warm regards,
    Yang

  4. Hi Yang,

Usually I will only wear the Taoist Robe when the Ceremony actually started.

The Polo-tee time is when I'm doing the Preparation.

For your Wen Chang, I might not be able to take such Photo, cos for your is only a Enhancement Method whereas the Ceremony you see here need more preparations.

Someday if I have such good altar (covered with red cloth) and when you come here, I would ask you to perform such nice and holy ceremony for all posters and statues I have *bow .. this time is serious*.

    Warm regards,

  12. To be accurate, the Zhong Tan that we see today is from the Story of Feng Shen Bang. And besides that, the Zhong Tan that we see in Feng Shen Bang is actually the Form of Hua Guang aka Ma Yuan Shuai.

According to Elders, Lv Shan Zhong Tan shall look like a General with Beard (looking like Yue Fei) or A Young General that look like Hua Guang (the normal form that we usually see).

For the Moment, I do not have the Pic, will try to draw out soon.
