端陽重五，
萬毒齊侵犯，
穢圬不堪。
出巡伏魔，
鍾爺吞邪惡，
綏靖有餘。
「農曆蒲月初五日」，又稱【重五日】，也是【民間】最為「擔心」的日子之一，除了【五毒】的「侵略」，還有【九毒】的「加害」，通常碰之者，必有禍厄。
這也就慢慢的「演化」出來【鍾馗重五出巡卻邪】的「傳說」，以「安撫人心」暨「保安祈福」。

On the
05th Day of Lunar 05 Month, beside the usual Dumpling Festival that we all
know, it is also considered as the Annual Inspection of Lord Zhong Kui or being
translated as the Inspection of the Ghost Buster Zhong Kui.
