Yup, Zhu Wang Ye can also be address as Zhu Da Ren, Zhu Qian Sui or Zhu Fu Wang Ye, all such titles refer to the same person/deity.

This is just a Folks Culture to celebrate on the appearing of Da Sheng in this Mortal World. Nothing special as compare to the other 3 dates.
