Huang Ting Jing aka Tai Shang Huang Ting Jing (太上黃庭經), one of the Three Basic Taoist Scriptures that needed to be chant in the Morning Ceremony, but in South East Asia, this Scripture is always being neglected as there is an over-promoted of the other Scripture by other faiths - Tai Shang Gan Ying Pian (太上感應篇).
Huang Ting Jing explained about the Balancing of the Internal Body of Oneself, in-order to maintain a Balanced Body for Cultivation or to Attain a certain Level of "Immortality".

《黃庭經》與《上清大洞真經》
《黃庭經》與《上清大洞真經》皆為道教上清經籙派的主要經典,最
現傳《黃庭經》有三種,一為《太上黃庭外景玉經》,一為《太上黃
晉葛洪《抱朴子-遐覽篇》已著錄《黃庭經》。《列仙傳-朱璜傳》
今《道藏》別有三十六章者,名曰《內景》,而謂此一篇為《外景》
《黃庭外景》一篇,世傳魏晉時道家者流所作。自王逸少(王羲之)
皆謂《外景》先出,《內景》出而《外景》之名乃立,《內景》乃《
《黃庭經》傳本較多,歷代名人法帖中,晉王羲之,唐褚遂良﹑宋米
《黃庭經》是道教教義與醫學相柔合的養生﹑修真古籍,以七言韻語
外指事,即天中人中地中。內指事,即腦中心中脾中,故曰黃庭。內
《內景》重氣養精﹑存觀一象,在道教謂之“存神”;而《外景》則
歷代道教煉養家均重視《黃庭經》,為該經作者不少,如金代的劉處
